We used this last year and I totally forgot about it until now when I went to refill our EpiPen prescriptions. You just print out this card and the pharmacist takes $100 off each 2-pack.

It says "$0 Co-Pay" but then in fine print it says the maximum benefit is $100 per 2-pack. I know for us our insurance doesn't cover EpiPen's at all so they are like $300...but $100 off is amazing none-the-less!
