I know I have seen a few people say that they don't deal with Zulily because they haven't been impressed with their purchases or hate the no returns, but I have to share a GREAT experience I just had with them.

We bought DS a balance bike from them and first it shipped a lot quicker then expected. But, when we got it we were really disappointed with the quality of the wheels. They were plastic and seemed like they would get scuffed quickly. I called Zulily's customer service the next day to see if they would do anything about it and they gave me a full refund and are letting us keep the bike! I barely had to complain and they didn't really question it either. Something similar happened to my mom except her item got lost in shipping, they refunded the money and then the item showed up the next day. She called to get them to re-charge her for it and they said not to worry about it. I was just really impressed that they gave me no trouble at all and we now have a free bike for DS.
