Have you discovered anything great at Costco recently? If so, please do share!
I bought individually packaged chicken salad yesterday - it's lower calorie than their regular one and pretty yummy! Also bought an automatic trash can that I love!

@MungBean: Did you get the chicken salad with greek yogurt in it. I saw that and picked it up and almost bought it. I was afraid I would get it home and not like what it tastes like so I put it back.
I need to think about my last trip of Costco to see what goodies I got. I started buying milk at Costco because my DH drinks so much of it now. I could never justify buying and going through 2 whole gallons of milk until now.

@mrs. bird: Oh, really? We still get our RXs at a local pharmacy. Should I switch to Costco?

@bluestriped bee: yup! I usually don't buy stuff unless I've sampled it, but I took a gamble on this one and it paid off It's great for a quick lunch or snack.
@mrs. bird: you should! I think it was 49.99. Was waiting for it to show up in the coupon books but it never did.

@bluestriped bee: you can look on their website for the cost of each med and if you don't have ins coverage for it it's even less than the price on the website. if we had ins, our co pay would be the same no matter where we went, but because there was a month between our old ins & the new ins, we had to pay out of pocket making it very much worth having the script transferred for us!

I got a great deal on an 8 day Budget rental car on Costco.com. It was super cheap. Discounted GPS and free additional drivers were added perks.

Two products that are new for us:
1) Kirkland Roasted Seasoned Seaweed packs. We previously always bought seaweed from Trader Joes, but this is tastier and cheaper! (I think perhaps they put more sea salt? I love sea salt!) Each pack is larger too.
2) Food Should Taste Good Brown Rice Crackers... These were also surprisingly really good! Gluten-free too, for those who are intolerant or are trying to eliminate gluten : http://www.foodshouldtastegood.com/our-products/crackers/brown-rice-crackers
Also, they carry this Brownie Brittle and my friend swears it's amazing, but so far, I have resisted the urge to buy it! Maybe for the next party I throw... Otherwise, I bet I'd eat most of the bag myself! http://shop.browniebrittle.com/products/chocolate-chip-brownie-brittle-snack-1-pound-bag

I love Costco. As a long time member, I miss it
My faves were madeleines from a bakery in SF (I forget the name), blocks of Dubliner cheese, awesome gift boxes of various liquor with extra goodies, and DZ Akin's ginormous cream puffs (local San Diego deli and bakery).
