I have read on blogs that certain Amex card holders have gotten offers for $20 rebate off a $20 Amazon purchase.
Log into your Amex account and then click "Offers for you" to see if you have it offered to you.
Sadly, I checked all of my cards and none are eligible. You should check too!

@Mrs. High Heels: Do you have a separate login for your authorized user account? If you do, you should check there.
We have been able to redeem the good offers once on each login even though its actually the same card.

@sunny: Yes we do, we checked both. This deal wasn't there. 
We do the same thing with the offers through each login!

@sunny: Usually when we get the offers for places like Kohl's, Home Depot, or Staples we use the offers to buy gift cards to Amazon! It's a good way to redeem those offers.

I have a platinum card, and I see the spend $20 get $20 back offer. I think it varies by the type of AmEx.
