What is your experience with buying something off No Better Deal that is labeled "opened & resealed"? I'm looking to buy a Foscam camera and am worried about the quality. Should I go ahead and buy it? It's a great deal.

We've bought A's crib and 2 of her convertible car seats. The packaging looks ROUGH but the products are fine. Everything has had the directions, warranty cards, etc. The crib did have a chipped piece, but a quick call to the manufacturer had us a replacement piece in 2 days. I'd go for it. You'll never find it at that price.

I got an Ergo carrier from them, the packaging was also torn up pretty badly and it was the wrong color, but otherwise in great shape and the inner bags were still sealed.

I've purchased from them many of items. All it really means is the box has been opened and resealed and returned for whatever reason. The item is generally still in great condition. I bought a clip on chair once that the threading on the screw wasn't great. Contacted them to return it with no issues.
I know others have ordered items and later gotten a message from NBD that their order was cancelled bc the condition was not up to snuff.

Do it! LO isn't due til November so I go to NBD to buy everything I can! Such great deals! And just as @regberadaisy: said, they do cancel orders if the item is in bad shape. Totally worth it!

I just ordered a baby bjorn babysitter from there and it will be arriving today. It's my first purchase from the site. I will update later and let you know what I think!

I've ordered a handful of items from them. Some looked brand new, others had scuff marks on the packaging, others had the inside wrapping opened. All of the actual products have been perfect though! (can't say the same for amazon warehouse, but they're pretty easy to work with)

Just updating to let you know my babysitter bouncer arrived in perfect condition. It was in original box, wrapped in plastic inside, and is brand new. Warranty card and manual were also included.

I bought my son's crib. The box was torn, dirty and taped up in all directions.
I opened it and everything was sealed to perfection. It is an awesome crib and was in spank'n new condition. I think it just got opened (the box, not the crib) and returned.
The warranty, manual, direction, all nails (screws) and parts were there. Perfect! -
Got our twi britax carseats in brand new condition in resealed boxes from.nbd! Love that site!

Positive experience here too. I ordered a set of pots and pans and they arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use the site again.
