@MrsTiz: they can't sell used seats, all the tags should be attached still. there were 3 options- one said it might have makings on the side of the seat, i'd skip that one but it's prob fine, the other said it might have damage to the box, i'd go for that one, or there was one just a couple dollars more that said it was like new open box, these you usually can't tell they've been opened.
edit it add: it's 'used' in that it's not being sold as a brand new pristine box, it's been around the block- just not with a baby in it

@MrsTiz: Are you name brand junkie? If not, I like Charlotte Russe's boots. I buy like 2 pairs a year because they're so inexpensive and CUTE. And they are buy 1 get one for $15bucks usually. Today they are 20% though. Free shipping over $50.
