The original iPad Mini is on sale at Target for $199. Normally it is $299 so it seems like a great deal. If you use your Red card, you'll get another 5% off which is $10. I believe this is for the 16GB version only.

This is the previous generation model. The current one is the iPad mini with retina display which is selling for $399 I think.
