@shopaholic: pretty much. The concept is 20 ingredients for 5 meals. They send you the meal plan, instructions (prep) and shopping list. I know there is a couple of Fresh 20 threads on HB. And fresh 20 also has a sample menu to try out.

@lavender: From what I know the recipes are the same across the board, so I'm not sure what adding on would even do except give me more of the same with substitutions and exclusions... Obviously there would be some new recipes but... is it worth paying more? I dunno.
@Synchronicity: I believe the recipes are all very similar but they make subs or exclusions based on the needs: veggie, lactose free, gluten free, etc.
