Our allergist gave us this card, but since we have a CDHP we still had to pay +$400 for each set. Hope it works better for people with other insurance plans.

@Mrs. High Heels: Had to come back to this because after our allergy appointment yesterday, I got a new card of this and was able to get two two-packs for $0 yesterday!! And I'm going to try again tomorrow when I go get more for Xander.
