I've looked every year online for Cyber Monday deals but was never very impressed. Maybe I'm shopping for the wrong things? I don't typically buy electronics or appliances or anything like that. Is that the type of stuff the really good sales are on? I have a few things that I want to buy (books, clothes, toys), and can't do Black Friday because I'm at work (boo), and not sure if I should hold out to see if there will be "better deals" on Cyber Monday or just go ahead and place the orders.

I have found some good toy deals in the past for Cyber Monday - my DD has a March birthday so I try to buy things for that.
I agree though that most deals are for electronics!
I don't "need" anything so I never venture out for Black Friday - I always wait for cyber monday and hope I get lucky!

I also found good sales on toys, especially at Land of Nod.

Yes I have found some great deals on electronics on either Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I bought a desktop computer last year at that time and then in December we suddenly needed a second desktop and the deals were not as good. We ended up just getting something in January or Feb for more than we paid in November.
