I've been looking for a unisex diaper bag for multiples (I have two babies under the age 2) for a couple of weeks now. I was looking at backpacks as well, but what I really need is a wide bag and not a deep bag so I switched gears and started looking at messenger bags. Columbia, Eddie Bauer and fisher price makes backpacks. The fisher price backpack has a good rating on amazon and it's a good price (I think less than $50).

Danzo also has one, I just ordered it, so I can't comment on how well it works just yet.
