Man, I should have signed up for ebates SO LONG AGO! I never did, and still haven't... but this might be the push I need to get on it! Even if I did miss out again here

@lindseykaye: DO IT! Seriously. I've gotten $1,100 back.. which makes me sounds like a shopaholic but I've been using it since freshman year of college for all my textbooks through half.com, etc. Most of my cash back amounts are under $1 but they all add up!!

@Smurfette: you create an account, then log in and search for the store. Click on the store's name and it will open a new window.. then you shop! And you get a percentage back in check-form a few times a year.

@lindseykaye: yes! even amazon gives cash back for certain categories of stuff (it rotates). it takes a while to get in the habit of checking there first but once you do... it adds up so fast! i just ordered my contacts, holiday address labels, and photo prints all through ebates

Hooray! We are getting grandparents and great-grandparents these 8x8 books for Christmas, and I got a coupon from Target for a free book, too!
Whoa, I also didn't realize that you could do Groupon through ebates. I just got my DH to sign up for an ebates account, but something tells me he won't use it much...
