@T.H.O.U.: not at all! DD is 3 and loves hers. she sits in her chair to watch movies, read books, etc etc.
lots of room to grow into it too.

@chopsuey: we have one of those cheap flip fold out couches at the foot of our couch but it needs to be replaced!
