There is a Contact Us section, which takes you to a form you can fill out. It says they may not get back to you for 7 days.. we'll see if they do! It also answers some frequently asked questions, one of which is something like " why didn't I get the same offer as my friend" or something like that, and the answer was that everyone's offer is personalized. If you don't have money on your app, you can ask to load money onto the app before your purchase. Also, when I say app, there are actually gift cards loaded on your app. Whenever I get a new gift card because of a gift or something, I register that card under my app, then transfer the amount on that card to my primary card. That way I don't have 3-4 cards with random amounts of money on it. All of my 'starbucks' money is on one card.</p> <p>So basically, any purchases made with that app (or any registered gift cards in that app) will get your a star. I had to buy some gift cards last week and I thought I only got stars for food or drink purchases. Nope, I got a star for my gift card purchase!
