I remember people talking about a US site that changed where they'd ship from (orders use to always be from the US but then they started to redirect shipments to France before they sent it out to it's final destination). They never advertised it, but that cut all customs and extra fees! I'm wondering if it was Overstock.</p> <p>As for your fee, I had to look it up and that's close to $30! Ouch! But we get charged taxes here even if it's coming from within Europe. I ordered my Halloween costume from France and had to pay almost 25chf to get it. (And that's on top of the 60 or whatever Euros it cost!) UGH. You're in Sweden, right? So you don't get charged if it's coming from any other European country? What country did it ship from? The last time I bought from Overstock was in 2009 and it shipped from the States. This was before they updated their international shipping option. </p> <p>I'm really hoping that they've updated their shipping destinations. I won't be charged extra if the last destination is from within Europe, but if it's from the States, I don't want to risk being charged a huge fee by the post office! </p>
