All it really means is the box has been opened and resealed and returned for whatever reason. The item is generally still in great condition. I bought a clip on chair once that the threading on the screw wasn't great. Contacted them to return it with no issues.</p> <p>I know others have ordered items and later gotten a message from NBD that their order was cancelled bc the condition was not up to snuff.</p> <p>@WALLAROO: I bought the Foscam from there too! The packaging looks ROUGH but the products are fine. Everything has had the directions, warranty cards, etc. The crib did have a chipped piece, but a quick call to the manufacturer had us a replacement piece in 2 days. I'd go for it.
