I called Stokke to ask about them and they said they would send them but they really are only needed if the chair is being used on a surface where it can't slide (like a carpet or rug) because otherwise, the chair just moves back when your kids pushes against the table. The plastic thing is for babies and then you take it off when your LO can sit in a chair without any type of support/restraint. That looks like an older model baby attachment though because our attachment has a higher back support. We don't have a tray for ours, we pull it all the way up to the table so DD can eat off of the table. It would still be a great deal for your older LO if you took off the baby attachment (very easy to remove it with a type of Allen wrench).
